Return Policy
To initiate a return, give us a call or chat with us and we will be happy to help assist you.
For approved returns, we will provide you with a prepaid UPS return label to send your items back to us. Provide the package(s) to your UPS driver or to a UPS drop-off location and we'll take care of it from there!
If you are not happy with your product or purchase, Top Quality Manufacturing accepts returns and/or exchanges:
- Products purchased within the previous ninety (90) days, except for prescription drugs
- Prescription drugs purchased within the last sixty (60) days
Merchandise return exceptions include Final Sale/Last Chance items, opened items, opened handpieces (even if unused) – verify order prior to opening, custom equipment, Special Order equipment, personalized or imprinted items, non-stock items, hazardous items, expired items, manufacturer non-returnable items (subject to manufacturer return policies), dropship items direct from manufacturer (subject to manufacturer return policies).
This list is not exhaustive and exceptions to this list may be made at discretion of management, dependent upon the situation and circumstances surrounding the case.
Approved exceptions to the return policy may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original item price and/or return shipping fees. Restocking and/or return shipping fees may be waived or reduced based circumstances at discretion of management.
Prescription Drug Return Information
Prescription drugs purchased by licensed, active practitioners within sixty (60) days of purchase can be returned for credit so long as they have at least 90 days remaining until expiry, are in an unopened, saleable condition, have been kept under proper conditions for storage and handling, and attest to these conditions with an accompanying PDMA Form (provided by customer service).
Eligible returned prescription drug conditions:
· Unopened/untampered overordered quantity / drugs that will not be used (with at least 90 days remaining until expiry)
· Shipping/picking errors (where wrong product and/or quantity was incorrectly shipped)
· Recalled Product
· Regulatory, Quality, Adverse Event Exception
Returns are not guaranteed and Top Quality Manufacturing reserves the right to deny credit on returns based on inspection of returned items.
